All of our products are new and come with the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has its own DOA (dead on arrival) and warranty policy which they impose on us. In the unlikely event you have a problem, contact us we will help you to resolve it. |
Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order right away, subject to stock being available. We ship order on a next~ business day basis (see each product page for more precise delivery information) and will arrive anytime between 09:00~18:00. When the parcel is delivered, you will need to sign for it. |

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. Backordered items will be invoiced/charged when you place your order. If may be possible to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, please contact us with your request. |
